What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Flexible timing is often possible — ask Greg.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is by smart lock — you'll receive the code and directions 4 days before your arrival. The top-floor entry is private to you for the duration of your stay.
What's the parking situation?
Private parking area at the top of the driveway, reserved for Panoramic.
Is the Wi-Fi reliable?
Fast fiber Wi-Fi throughout. Both a workspace desk and plenty of seating for anyone working remotely.
Do you allow pets?
Panoramic is pet-free. If you're traveling with a dog, Haven (the lower unit at the same address) is pet-friendly.
Is the Red Rock trail pass included?
Yes — a Red Rock pass is provided so you don't have to pay at trailheads. We ask that you return it at checkout for the next guests.

What a fabulous stay! Everything was clean and well kept — the views from both the front and back porches were so pretty — the location is absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere and did not have to fight traffic!
Greg's place was absolutely fabulous — very roomy, super comfortable, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen, great views, and unbelievable location. Only three blocks from Sedona's main street, yet the neighborhood was very quiet.
We were so lucky to find this place! Red rock views on three sides, a very quiet neighborhood. Check-in for us was late — house lights were on, music playing, fresh flowers on the counter. It felt like coming home.
